Comment – This cheesecake was light, fluffy, and had great flavor.
2 pkg. Cream Cheese
1 tub Cool Whip
1/2 tsp Peppermint extract
3-4 drops green food coloring
3/4 cup Powdered sugar
1/2 package (large) of Oreos
2-3 Tbsp butter, melted
Directions – Mix softened cream cheese and sugar together, then add mint extract and continue stirring. Fold in Cool Whip.
Blend Oreos into crumbs and mix in melted butter until it’s moist. Press 2 Tbsp of crumb mixture on the bottom of each tin to make crust. Bake the crusts for 5 min at 350 degrees.
Combine – Once the crusts have cooled down you can add a few Tbsp of the cream cheese mixture, then put 2 halfs of Oreo on the inside toward the middle. Fill the rest you cheesecake tin with remaining cream cheese mixture all the way up to the top and freeze overnight. Let soften before serving.
