Candied Lemon Garnish

Comment - I liked the idea of using candied lemons as a garnish. I decided to try making them. I thought they turned out good, bu they packed a punch and had a slight bitter flavor.

Candied lemon recipeNote – The lemon slices have to be cut really thin. I used chop sticks to pull the slices out of the hot sugar mixture when they were done cooking.
