Raspberry Vanilla Triffle


Comments - This recipe comes from my Mom. It is actually one of my older brothers favorite desserts. He would often request it for his birthdays when we were growing up. I think the layers of flavor in the cake combine very nicely together. The bottom layer is made from pulling apart angel food cake, which is then topped with vanilla pudding, raspberry pie filling & cool whip.

1 angel food cake
1 can raspberry pie filling
1 Lg. box vanilla pudding
1 container whipping cream
Tear angel food cake into small pieces and place in the bottom of an 11″x13″ pan.  Make pudding according to directions. Evenly distribute the vanilla pudding in a layer over the angel food cake pieces. Add third layer of raspberry preserves. The top layer should be whipping cream. Enjoy!
