Miso Fish with Wasabi Ginger Sauce

 
Comment – The Wasabi Ginger sauce has a sweet and spicy flavor that is incredibly good. Perhaps one of the best flavor combinations I have ever tried. My husband & I were served this dish in Hawaii at the Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion Restaurant. When we got home I was able to find this restaurant recipe online. We have made the dish several times now. I should warn you that the marinade takes 45 minutes to prepare over the stove top. If you do not stir it during that time it will burn. There are quite a few steps to making the sauce too, but the finished product is worth it. I use substitutes for the wine.
