Scalloped Potatoes


Comment – My Mom learned how to make this recipe after being assigned to bring it to a funeral dinner. It became a family favorite shortly after and is now served at every family get together. I like to serve them when I make finger steaks as a side dish. 

1-2 lb pkg. Frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 cube margarine (melted)
1 pint sour cream
1-1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 small onion – chopped
Salt & pepper
Mix ingredients and add salt & pepper to taste. Bake in a 13″x9″ pan for 45 min at 350.
